Lavanya first experienced acting as part of her therapy for dyslexia, though it quickly became her greatest passion. During her time in the Diploma in Performance programme at LASALLE College of the Arts, she fell in love with writing and directing, and hopes to go into drama education so as to help children with learning differences reach their fullest potential.
