Haze is an aspiring arts manager with an interest in Theatre for Young Audiences. She has experience in festival management having worked on ARTWALK Little India for her second year project and the N.O.W festival by TheatreWorks. She believes in the importance of introducing the arts to audiences at a young age as they will be the audiences of the future. Through her work, she hopes to nurture a love for the arts to a young audiences, one child at a time.

Thesis abstract

Having fun as a family: an analysis of the Malay Heritage Centre's Children's Season

This study investigates the audience’s engagement, motivations and satisfaction while attending a children’s festival. Using the Malay Heritage Centre as a case study, it then investigates the objectives, outcomes and deliverables of its Children’s Season. The findings of this study shows how the Malay Heritage Centre engages its audiences, promotes Malay culture to diverse ethnic communities, the element of interactivity in its programmes and how this affects the audiences' experience.
