Jazima Cook
Jazima is a singer-songwriter from Singapore. Influenced by the music in her father’s vinyl collection, she has learned to appreciate and implement the stylistic qualities of a variety of genres into her own compositions. She is excited to grow as an artist to sustain a long-term career in the music industry.
Work
Jazima has sung in solo and band performances at venues in Singapore including Esplanade Theatre and LASALLE College of the Arts. She also served as director for the annual LASALLE Year 2 Diploma showcase Nychthemeron (2019) – a collaborative project involving the Diplomas in Music, Audio Production and Technical Production Management students – as well as performing in two of the bands (Moonlight & Overtones) in the line-up. Her versatile repertoire ranges from pop, rock, R&B to country.
