Gracia Teow
Gracia is a classically-trained pianist, accompanist and interdisciplinary collaborator. She will graduate with a BA(Hons) Music degree with a specialism in classical piano performance from LASALLE in 2021. An avid and active performer, Gracia has performed at concerts and masterclasses for concert pianists such as Richard Ormrod and Nicholas Loh. Gracia is also an experienced music educator and currently runs Gracia’s Music Studio where she provides private piano and music theory lessons, as well as music accompaniment services to instrumentalists and singers. Skilled in a diverse and interdisciplinary repertoire, Gracia often collaborates with other musicians for performances, productions and recordings of original music across different genres. Gracia intends to pursue a Masters of Music degree specialising in piano performance and music education.
Work
Gracia served as organising committee member and performer for various productions during her time at LASALLE College of the Arts including: Show Director/Chairperson for Global Transmission: A Musical Reflection (2021), Chairperson, Event & Marketing Coordinator for Bel Amour: A Valentine's Season Piano Recital (2020) and Marketing Coordinator & Assistant Stage Manager for Constellations (2019). She has also performed solo, collaborative piano and choir performances at venues including the Singapore Airlines Theatre at LASALLE, Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music and library@esplanade.
