Gabriel Ian Lim (Jazzchops)

Gabriel had the honor of studying piano under the tutelage of Tan Wei Xiang, Chok Kerong and Oliver Von Essen. He is a LASALLE College of the Arts Scholarship recipient and was also nominated for the nation's highest accolade for youth, the Singapore Youth Award (SYA) by the College. Prior to his BA(Hons) in Music studies, he earned a Diploma with Distinction in Music Performance from LASALLE as well. Gabriel is an active performer, composer, arranger and teacher. An accomplished pianist, Gabriel has taken on many professional gigs, working with renowned singers and musicians. He is widely known for his virtuosity and versatility in the pop and jazz scene in Singapore.
