Sanjana Ramesh Kavitha

Sanjana RK has been honing her skills in painting since 2003. Perception, insight, moments and textures are major considerations in her practice. Each of her paintings starts, emotionally or aesthetically, with an automatic response – expressing parallels between indescribable and undesirable feelings. She uses graphite in her works, and ink, acrylics, oil and mixed media for her paintings. Sanjana shows interest in materials, methodologies and techniques, seeing herself maturing through her thought processes and exploration as well as in research. She intends to call for the audience's emotional involvement to the same level as her participation in her works and aims to push the boundaries of the creative industry.
