Rahmaqilah Ratna Hadi

Rahmaqilah Ratna Hadi is a young Indonesian artist currently practising in Singapore. Her work revolves around the constructed notion of identity from a feminine perspective, exploring different ways of self-representation through varying means of expression. Nature has been the main inspiration for her work, acting as a point of departure into more intricate ways of seeing. Aside from being a practising artist, she is keen to pursue art conservation and restoration in the future, hoping to contribute to the preservation of her culture in a rapidly urbanised land.
