Pan Fei

Having studied for a BA in Engineering from Beijing Insitute of Technology prior to pursuing a Diploma in Fine Art at LASALLE College of the Arts, Pan Fei has both an artistic and scientific mind. Fascinated with nature and how the world of things work, her current core practice is dedicated to understanding and exploring the complexities between the built environment and nature, as well as mediations between individuals, art, science and nature. Pan Fei is also examining how culture and technology affect humanity in the modern age. Her methodologies include material, research-based or fictional narratives. She creates contemporary ‘visuality’ in the form of mixed-media and trans-media.
