Chia Wei Ling Mandy

Mandy Chia is an aspiring student artist who will be graduating with a Diploma in Fine Arts at LASALLE College of the Arts in 2021. Born and raised in Singapore with an artistic family background, she found herself gradually stepping into the realm of art. As an introvert, she seeks comfort in the silence while making art. Art came naturally to her as a kid and has been her creative outlet ever since. She believes that it is a great form of expression that should not just be visually pleasing to the human eye but meaningful too. Being familiar with dry mediums like pencil, charcoal and chalk, she has, in recent years, ventured into new ways of expressing her passion on canvas with oil and watercolour.
